The longer massage and a full manicure, EUR 40 against EUR 50 booked apart. Ninety minutes rather than sixty, which is a different treatment rather than simply more of the same one.
An hour spreads a full-body massage evenly. Ninety minutes goes into depth: name the two or three areas that actually hurt when you arrive - a shoulder that will not loosen, a lower back after a long flight, hips stiff from a week of sitting - and the therapist can spend real time there instead of dividing the session equally. Pressure is yours to set and yours to change mid-session. The manicure follows once you are up: shaping, cuticle work, a buff, a hand and forearm massage and your colour.
The manicure comes second on purpose - polish does not survive an hour face-down on a table. Metal instruments are sterilised between every client and files and buffers are single-use. Panorama Mall, 2nd floor, free hotel transfer inside Hurghada, cash in EUR on arrival.
